Trip to Tulips
On May 1st, I roadtripped down to the Chilliwack Tulip Festival with Marissa, a fellow photographer, and Mikayla, our model. We stopped at the Othello Tunnels since Mikayla had never been there before, and I just love that area. Unfortunately, they were closed for construction. Atleast there were some cool rocks to sit on and ferns to play with.
It was the last day of the festival, but most of the flowers were still blooming. All three of us were basking in the sunshine and enjoying the colours. One thing they omit in the marketing for the festival is that it smells like manure… I mean, it is in Chilliwack.
